Your Role as a Phlebotomist

- Verifying patient identities and ensuring accurate labeling of collection vials to maintain sample integrity
- Conducting blood draws and transfusions with precision and adherence to safety protocols
- Assisting patients who may experience adverse reactions following blood draws or transfusions, offering support and care
- Collaborating with healthcare teams and following the directions of supervising physicians to deliver high-quality patient care
