Book Your Class

Begin the process by booking your class with one of our representatives via phone call, text message (SMS), email, or walk-in. Please provide your contact information (email address, phone number, or both) so our team can reach you regarding your class registration.

Course Discussion & Booking Confirmation

A representative will contact you to discuss the course details, available schedules, and answer any questions you may have. Once your schedule has been confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation email containing your class details, important reminders, and everything you need to know before attending the course.

Step 3

Complete Your Enrollment Form

After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a CPR/BLS Student Information Form from the Care Training Academy Team. You must complete this form before your scheduled class.

Please note: The information you provide will only be used for student recordkeeping and the issuance of your official American Heart Association (AHA) eCard upon successful completion of the course.

Step 4

Pay Your Course Fee
An invoice will be sent to your email for payment. You may also choose to pay in cash and submit your payment to our Office Manager on the day of your class.
Course Fees
BLS Provider: $85
BLS Renewal: $75
The course fee includes:
• Instructor-led BLS course
• Official American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification
• Official AHA eCard issued upon successful course completion
Required BLS Provider Manual (Additional Cost)
The American Heart Association (AHA) requires every participant to have their own current BLS Provider Manual available before, during, and after the course.
This manual is a separate required purchase and is not included in the course fee.

• Purchase a physical copy from Care Training Academy for $20 (limited quantities available and distributed on a reservation basis)
Your enrollment is considered complete once your class has been scheduled, your enrollment form has been submitted, and you have arranged payment for the course fee and the required BLS Provider Manual.
